to say it’s almost over
is an odd feeling
when it’s feeling
like it’s already over
there are only so many april days
but sometimes the days april
right past the april days
and then it is the last days of april
i find myself lying around
as if there isn’t more to around than lying
but lying around helps my mind
somehow want to spend less time around lying
and so my mind speaks to me
and there’s me and my mind speaking
there’s me speaking to my mind speaking
but just me speaking my mind
